Welcome to Cozy Haven, a peaceful Lake Anna retreat tucked at the end of a quiet cove on the lake’s sought-after private “warm side.” With 125 feet of private shoreline, a secluded setting, and plenty of space to relax, it’s an easy place for families and groups to slow down and enjoy the lake.

Spend your days kayaking, fishing, floating, or relaxing by the water with provided kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets, inner tubes, canopy chairs, and beach towels.

Inside, our newly converted rec room gives kids and adults another place to hang out, featuring:

• Shuffleboard
• Foosball
• Arcade game
• Smart TV & lounge area
• Games
• Additional bunk beds coming soon

We’ve also added a brand-new full bathroom connected to Bedroom 2 on the main level, making stays with larger families even more comfortable.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Cozy Haven currently sleeps up to 10 guests in standard beds:

• Bedroom 1 — Main level, king bed with private attached full bathroom
• Bedroom 2 — Main level, two double beds with private attached full bathroom
• Bedroom 3 — Upstairs, king bed with shared access to a full bathroom
• Bedroom 4 — Upstairs, queen bed with shared access to a full bathroom
• COMING SOON — Two twin-over-full bunk beds, creating additional flexible sleeping space that’s especially convenient for kids, cousins, and larger family groups.

For younger guests, we also provide a Pack ’n Play and inflatable toddler bed.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY & EASY

Beds are prepared with linens, bath and beach towels are provided, and the kitchen is stocked for family meals. We also provide a high chair and booster seat to help families pack lighter.

Whether you’re here for summer lake days, a fall weekend, or a cozy winter getaway, Cozy Haven is designed for easy time together.

We’re planning even more ways to enjoy the lake with a new private sandy beach and dock expected to be completed by spring 2027.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip used beds and place the sheets and pillowcases in the provided mesh laundry bags. Please leave duvet covers and blankets on the beds.
Place used bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels in the mesh laundry bags.
Start one load of any used blue striped lake towels in the washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Noise + No Events: Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Please be considerate of neighbors, especially outdoors.
Septic: Flush toilet paper only. No wipes, feminine products, diapers, paper towels or other items.
Lake + Fire: Use lake gear at your own risk. Supervise children near water. No fireworks; extinguish fires fully.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for our group.We had five kids with us ranging from 2–11, and the house was especially well set up for families. We really appreciated the thoughtful little touches like step stools for the younger kids and having plenty of life jackets available in both kid and adult sizes.The best part was the lakefront. The house is tucked into a quiet, private cove, so the water was calm and shallow near the shore, which was perfect with younger kids. We were able to fish, kayak, swim, and use the lake floats right from the property, and the kids spent hours outside enjoying the water.The house and property were well maintained, peaceful, and had everything we needed for an easy lake weekend. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive whenever we had a question. Overall, our whole family had a wonderful time and we’d happily stay again.
