This fully-furnished, 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is available year-round. It's situated on a quiet private road on the NE part of Lake Anna, near the 719 bridge. The home has a beautiful spacious living room with hardwood floors, a large open kitchen, and large 18 person dining area.

Two additional living rooms are both equipped with hardwood flooring and Dish Network TV/DVR, one with a 75' FLAT SCREEN for the big game. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor allowing easy entry for children or seniors.

A large circular driveway provides plenty of convenient parking spaces. The walk-out basement bedrooms have a separate kitchenette & full bath. The upstairs bedroom has 2 walk out balconies, kids' play area, queen bed, 2 single beds and hardwood flooring.

Newly added for 2024/2025 - The basement has been bisected, adding a 6th bedroom!

This spacious house has lots of decks and plenty of light, with beautiful mature trees providing plenty of shade and sun. The back yard leads to a nice 220-foot waterfront, private dock, and PRIVATE BOAT RAMP ON THE PROPERTY. A gazebo next to the dock has steps down to a swimming area. A sandbox play area and playground provides endless fun for children. A HOT TUB and HOT TUB deck has been recently added that offers AMAZING views of the Lake. A stone fire pit next to the shoreline invites everyone to enjoy s'mores, campfire stories and unforgettable family memories.

Clean rooms, great hot tub, responsive host, and wonderful lake activities. This property has 3 kayaks and a peddle boat available which my friends and I loved! The big smart TV was a huge plus for a movie night, and we enjoyed the big kitchen and bench style dining room table.

The location was beautiful with beautiful views. The house was spacious. However, the house was filthy when we arrived. The floors were dusty, especially in the basement. There was a cockroach in the basement. The pots and pans were dusty upon arrival as well. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the mattress cover was dirty. The checkout process included gathering towels and sheets in a bag, putting them by the door, and then texting a number with the address which seems excessive. Altogether, too much work for the price.

Great Time at the Lake

This is a large house that was great for our family group of 19. Newly appointed kitchen with great appliances. Having 2 refrigerators in the kitchen and a 3rd one in the basement was very helpful in meal planning and food storage. Level lot with minimal steps was easy to access the lake & dock.

The house location and water is all great. The house unfortunately doesn’t appear to have a dollar of repair and maintenance spent in 10 years. The septic is a major problem. Smells disgusting and made it so you couldn’t sit outside. Everything is very shoddy inside. Tv setup didn’t work. Deck is in major need to repair. Must wear shoes to avoid splinters. Cobwebs everywhere. Half the ceiling is missing in a lower basement bedroom. Had low expectations with a last minute holiday booking….and the house met those expectations.

Great Location On Lake Anna

My friends and I rented this space for a girls weekend. We had a great time! Large kitchen for cooking for a large group, plenty of sleeping space, and great outdoor area as well. Would definitely recommend for large groups!

Lake Anna is the perfect place to get away from the bustle of DC and enjoy some family time. We have 3 boys and a girl that love to fish, swim and enjoy the great outdoors so Lake Anna is a great place to relax and have fun!

What makes this property unique

The private boat ramp helps you avoid pulling your water toys out early and skips the line at the public boat ramp. Keep them in on your last day, enjoy the water then pull 'em out before checking out in the morning! Its like getting a full extra day on the water!
