The beautiful 2-room apartment "Ostseehummel" is a spacious, modernly furnished holiday rental with a balcony and a view of nature. The living-dining area features a sleeper sofa for 2 people with a sleeping surface measuring 160x200 cm. The bedroom features a double bed with a sleeping surface measuring 180x200 cm. The modern kitchenette offers everything you need for a holiday. From the dishwasher to the microwave and even a hand mixer for baking a holiday cake—everything is provided. A small ironing board and iron are available to keep your evening gown wrinkle-free. Entertainment is also taken care of. With Wi-Fi, a TV, CD and Blu-ray players, a radio, and a second TV in the bedroom, the holiday rental is superbly equipped. The bathroom also features a coin-operated washing machine for doing laundry on the fly. The rain shower ensures the perfect relaxation after a tiring day at the beach. Should your beachwear not be wrinkle-free, an ironing board and iron are also available. We’ve even thought of the little ones. Included in the rental price is a travel cot with a mattress, a high chair, and even a handcart to make the trip to the beach as pleasant as possible. The handcart is located in a lockable storage room that belongs to the apartment. Bicycles, roof racks, and even strollers can be safely stored there.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical “Ghost Forest”—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 towards Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 towards Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.

Description of the outdoor area:
The holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Haus Antonia at Strandstr. 1 in Ostseebad Nienhagen, just 700 metres from the beach. It features a spacious layout with a balcony. Haus Antonia is located in the centre of the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen, with a restaurant and a corner store for breakfast rolls right nearby. The bus stop for trips to nearby Baltic Sea resorts such as Warnemünde, Heiligendamm, or Kühlungsborn is just around the corner. The Hanseatic city of Rostock is also just a few minutes away (15 km). It’s well worth taking the kids to visit the zoo there.
