Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans ce petit studio. Le point fort est la localisation. Nous avons pu garer gratuitement la voiture pour la semaine et avons tout fait en vélo ( le centre et le port en quelques minutes par le parc). Le deuxième atout est le joli jardin où l’on peut garer les vélos. Le studio est bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le studio est vraiment très petit et il est compliqué d’y cuisiner car il y a très peu de place et surtout le seul point d’eau qui sert à la fois de lavabo et d’évier est tout petit et il est très compliqué d’y faire la vaisselle. L’autre point faible c’est le couchage. Il faut vraiment être souple , ne pas avoir peur de tomber pour accéder au lit. De plus le plafond est très très bas donc on a un peu l’impression de manquer d’air. La propriétaire est à côté et répond très rapidement aux demandes.

Je suis contente de lire que vous avez passé "une bonne semaine dans ce petit studio" et apprécié certains de ses "points forts". C'est, en effet, un "petit studio" que je propose : cela est clairement annoncé et se voit sur les photos. Il n'y a pas de cuisine aménagée, mais un "coin cuisine" avec tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer des repas simples : plaque électrique, cuit-vapeur etc. La terrasse sur le jardin permet de prendre, voire de préparer, ses repas dehors (barbecue...). On peut même faire la vaisselle dans le jardin, si on préfère. .. Pour accéder au couchage, qui est en mezzanine, il faut effectivement monter par une échelle de meunier : cela aussi est clairement indiqué sur l'annonce et se voit sur les photos. Il est même bien précisé que cela ne convient pas à des enfants en bas âge ni à des personnes ayant un handicap. Au niveau de la tête de lit, le plafond est à 1,60 mètre et au niveau du pied du lit à 0,70 mètre. Vous êtes la première personne qui exprime une "peur de tomber" et une "impression de manquer d'air" : je suis donc surprise ... et vraiment désolée pour vous. Moi-même, mes enfants, ma petite-fille, des amis occupons parfois ce petit studio sans aucun problème... Toutefois l'essentiel est que vous ayez, malgré tout, passé une bonne semaine à La Rochelle ! Bien cordialement.

Très bon accueil de la part de Christine, l'appartement est très bien conçu, bien situé, pour accéder au centre historique. Quartier très calme. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Et nous recommandons cette location.

Ein superschönes Studio, sehr gut gelegen es ist ein kurzer Weg ins Zentrum und Strände sowie Supermärkte sind in der Umgebung. Sehr netter, freundlicher und schneller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
