Beautiful 2-room holiday apartment near the beach with a terrace for up to 4 people in the Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusen.

The approximately 55 m² holiday apartment invites up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Kellenhusen. It features modern and bright furnishings.

The combined living and sleeping area is divided into a dining area and a couch corner. A wall-mounted fold-out bed is available here. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be darkened with the exterior roller shutters. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen satellite TV and a stereo system. Upon request, you’ll receive free Wi-Fi access.
The terrace, furnished with seating, is located right off the living area. Since it borders a green space, you can enjoy moments of relaxation here.

The modern, new built-in kitchen is separate from the living area and features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and many other extras. A coffee maker and a Senseo machine are available in the kitchen.

The apartment also features a separate bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed for two people, and from here you can access another terrace.

The entire apartment features tile and PVC flooring.

For your personal hygiene, you’ll find a combined shower, bath, and toilet. This room is also bright and modern.

One or two dogs are allowed upon request.

Furthermore, the hallway is furnished with a coat rack and a closet.

A parking space is available for the apartment. You’ll also find storage rooms for bicycles. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are also at your disposal.

Leider war die eingebaute Mikrowelle außer Betrieb ! Die Reinigung schien schon länger zurück zu liegen, da in einigen Räumen Spinnweben an den Wänden und den Ecken zu sehen waren. Wie auch immer, da wir von einem Einzelfall ausgehen und die Lage und Ausstattung des Apartments sehr schätzen, haben wir dieses Apartment auch wieder für Ostern 2025 gebucht !

Guten Tag, es war sehr schön bei Ihnen . Wir sind jetzt das 2 mal in der Wohnung gewesen und haben auch gleich wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Alles super gewesen. Vielleicht müsste aber mal ein neuer Duschkopf in die Dusche und die Spülmaschiene regelmäßig gesäubert bzw entkalkt werden. Da sich dort viel Kalk absetzt. Ich habe dies im unsren Urlaub durch geführt da die Spülmaschiene nicht mehr richtig gespült hat. Und man die Kaltablagerungen deutlich in der Maschine und auf den Geschirr gesehen hat. Schöne Wohnung Super nahe Strandlage Ruhiges Haus mit Parkplatz. Nur die Schlüsselübergabe für die Wohnung ist zeitlich sehr spät. Man muss auch extra zur Strandpromenade laufen um den Schlüssel in empfang zu nehmen. Ein Schlüssel Cafe am Haus wäre besser.
