The right half of the thatched cottage offers 135 m² of living space spread over two levels, featuring a spacious living and dining area, three comfortable bedrooms, a large bathroom, two guest bathrooms, and a private sauna with a shower. In addition, this half of the house features a converted attic with two additional sleeping areas.


The spacious and light-filled living and dining area, with a direct view of the nature reserve, is located on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with two cosy sofas and a flat-screen TV with a DVD/CD player. During the cooler seasons, the built-in fireplace in the living room creates a particularly cosy atmosphere.


The kitchenette, harmoniously integrated into the living area, features an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a Krups Nespresso machine for speciality coffees, toaster, electric kettle, and various small kitchen appliances is sure to delight any home cook. A freestanding kitchen island and a large elm wood table with 5 chairs and a bench round out the open-concept kitchen’s charm.


The ground floor also features your very own private sauna with a shower, a guest bathroom, the utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a storage room with household and ironing supplies. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating.


Your three bedrooms await you on the upper floor of the house. One of the bedrooms features a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a full-length mattress. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two separate mattresses. You’ll find an additional flat-screen TV in one of the larger bedrooms. All bedrooms can, of course, be darkened. On this level, you’ll also find a spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, towel dryer, and hair dryer, as well as an additional guest bathroom.


The fourth sleeping area, featuring two single beds (90 x 200 cm), is located in the converted attic of the house and is ideal for children.


The entire house is equipped with a ventilation system; every room has a window fitted with an insect screen.


The spacious private terrace faces south. Relax in the comfortable beach chair and enjoy the magnificent view of the shared garden with a barbecue area and the nature reserve beyond. The terrace is also well-equipped with a parasol, a large (130x80 cm) and a small wooden patio table (80x80 cm) with matching chairs.


The balcony and patio furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.


Two parking spaces are available free of charge. Bicycles, beach gear, children’s toys, etc., can be stored in a lockable garden shed.


The right half of the house can be booked for 1–8 people. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay.
