At Strandhaus Anni, you’ll spend your holiday in a modern and spacious 5-room holiday home located right on the beach. With approximately 130 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to 8 people to enjoy a relaxing stay. Your dog is also welcome here, so nothing stands in the way of a holiday with the whole family.

The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the home. A cosy sofa area with an armchair, flat-screen TV, and fireplace ensures relaxing evenings, while the large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals. From here, you have direct access to the terrace and the garden. The open kitchen is modernly equipped and features an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as a full set of dishes and kitchen accessories. There is also a washer-dryer in the utility room.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms is also equipped with a flat-screen TV. In the attic, there is another open-concept bedroom with a double bed and a panoramic window in the gable. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and the sauna on the ground floor offer additional comfort and relaxation.

Additional amenities include a terrace, a carport right next to the house, and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The Anni Beach House is located in the rural town of Lobbe on Rügen and combines a peaceful setting with easy access to the sea: the sandy beach and the Baltic Sea are each about 250 metres away. A restaurant is about 350 metres away, and a public transport stop is about 400 metres away. Shopping options are located approximately three kilometres away. The location is ideal for relaxing days at the beach as well as for walks and active holidays along the coast.

In addition to impressive natural attractions such as the famous chalk cliffs, the region also offers piers, small harbours, cafés, and restaurants serving regional cuisine. The area is also ideal for active holidaymakers, as the coast around Lobbe is a popular spot for surfing, kiteboarding, and sailing.
