We’re located right on Crikvenica Beach, just 30 metres from the free, child-friendly section of the beach, which is equipped with bouncy castles, children’s trampolines, restaurants, beach bars, beach volleyball, and a football field.
We’re just a 500-meter walk from the bus station, 50 metres from the supermarket, and 600 metres from the city centre.
The Flat Deluxe offers free Wi-Fi even on the spacious terrace, the barbecue terrace, and the chill-out lounge terrace with an outdoor hot tub. The entire area spans approximately 300 m² and serves as a feel-good oasis. The feel-good oases are equipped with LED ambient lighting. Villa Marica features 10 individually fully equipped apartments, each of which includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, air conditioning, satellite TV, an adjustable bed, and a dining table.
