This bright and welcoming one-room apartment is ideal for singles or couples. It is located on the ground floor and measures 15 square metres.[nbsp] The combined sleeping, dining, and kitchen area is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a small kitchenette (refrigerator with two hot plates, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils). The bathroom is also small but nice and is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer.

To ensure you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday to the fullest right from the day you arrive, a linens package is automatically included with your booking. In this case, the bed for you and your fellow travellers will already be made, and a shower towel and a small hand towel will be provided.

Your beloved four-legged friend is also very welcome here. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout your stay. Please use the shared bike storage room on the property for your bicycles.
