The “KANANI” house is the perfect place to stay for a large family, a holiday with Grandma and Grandpa, or a relaxing and adventurous getaway with friends. Completed in 2023, the house offers approximately 180 square metres of living space across three floors. It features three separate bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed and direct access to its own bathroom. <br>The middle floor provides ample space for family activities. Here, you can cook together in the open kitchen, relax and watch TV in the living area, or enjoy the stunning sunset during a game night. <br>But the highlight of the house is on the top floor. It features a spacious wellness area with a large sauna and a freestanding bathtub. The unique view of the lake makes it easy to unwind and let your mind wander.<br>To enjoy the beautiful weather, you can either take a seat on one of the three terraces or dig your toes into the sand in the garden. <br>The house’s bedrooms are equipped with a SMART TV, and SONOS speakers are installed in the kitchen and bathrooms, each of which can be connected individually via a cell phone. There is also an outdoor charging station for electric cars with a charging capacity of 11 kW.
