Enjoy rest and relaxation in our holiday apartment (60 m²) on the Schrofen above St. Leonhard in the Pitztal Valley. It is in a quiet yet central location, between the Pitztal Glacier (13 km) and the Hochzeiger (18 km). Right in the heart of a magnificent hiking and touring area. Restaurants, a bank, a post office, and a church are all within walking distance. Since we’re not located directly on the main road, the bus stop is a 13-minute walk away in the summer. In the winter, we recommend driving.



Margreiter Holiday Rental:

Cosy, stylish, and modern 60-square-meter holiday rental for 2–4 people. A 5th and 6th person can sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment is fully equipped and offers free Wi-Fi. Each bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer, and towels. The toilet is separate. The living room includes a sofa bed, a TV with satellite and a DVD player, as well as a radio with a CD player. The kitchen-living area is equipped with a cosy corner bench, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, various dishes and pans, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. We also provide dish soap, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, and dishcloths. Available upon request: raclette oven, cheese or meat fondue set, cot, and high chair.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
