Welcome to the Specht Holiday Farm at the Landhaus -<br>Apartment 2<br>The "Landhaus" guest house is located right on our farm in the heart of Dahme, at Denkmalplatz 7. The apartment is in the attic of our Landhaus.<br>Distance to the town centre with a supermarket and bakery: approx. 2 min.; to the main beach: approx. 5 min.—accessible via a private path.<br><br>Furnished rooftop terrace overlooking the farmyard. Plenty of space on the large surrounding lawns for children to play and for recreational sports; parking in front of the house<br>Description of the holiday rental:<br>2 fully furnished bedrooms with adjustable health-promoting bed frames and spring mattress toppers. A cot can be provided upon request. Bedding available upon request. Cosy living room with access to the furnished rooftop terrace. Seating area, dining table, satellite TV, and radio. Fully equipped kitchen with<br>refrigerator, dishes, dishwasher, 4-burner stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Bathroom with deep bathtub, toilet, and bidet. All rooms have central heating.<br><br>Our farm is located in a secluded, quiet, and central setting right in the heart of Dahme.<br>The farmyard offers plenty of space for all the children staying with us to play. The farm pavilion is available for cosy coffee breaks, barbecues, or playing with the “game collection” provided.<br>For even more variety, there’s a foosball table in the attic, and for more experienced kids, a pool table and darts.
