Quietly located family apartment in a former boat barn near the Baltic Sea

Welcome to our lovingly renovated apartment on the upper floor of an old boat barn—quietly situated on our spacious property. Ideal for couples and families with up to three children. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Baltic Sea or idyllic forest trails—perfect for unwinding and taking a deep breath.

This spacious and cosy holiday apartment accommodates up to 5 people and features:

• a bright living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed
• two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a pull-out
couch
• a modern bathroom
• a balcony overlooking the garden and, in part, the Greifswald Bodden

All rooms are furnished with high-quality wooden furniture in a Scandinavian style.
We’re happy to provide a cot and high chair upon request.
Insect screens are available in all rooms.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.

Important Information

• Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 2 children
• Bed linens, towels, and tea towels
are included in the price
• No visitor’s tax
• We recommend travelling by car; free parking is available in front of the house

Booking Conditions:
• Off-season: 3 or more nights, flexible check-in and check-out
• Peak season: weekly stays only (7 or 14 nights), check-in and check-out on
Sundays

Energy costs:
• 0.35 € per kWh
• approx. 2.00 € per day (5.00–8.00 € during the heating season)
• Payment is made on-site in cash
