Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Terrace 6 m2, lawn 40 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Terrace with fenced garden plot.
