The new bathroom, featuring high-quality fixtures, is the perfect way to start your morning under the rain shower. The bathroom has a Velux window, making it not only bright and inviting but also easy to ventilate. A modern kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven with an integrated microwave, makes cooking for two a real pleasure. The living area features a very high-quality sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00) — “Bruno—The Bed”—and therefore offers excellent sleeping comfort. The bed is easy to use thanks to its pull-out mechanism. A matching storage box behind the sofa keeps the bedding neatly hidden out of sight. The apartment has Wi-Fi and is located in a quiet, popular area within walking distance of the beach in Zingst. A special highlight is the large south-facing balcony with a table and two chairs. Here, you can comfortably enjoy a glass of wine in the evening after a day at the beach. The separate storage room in the living area features a built-in coat rack and offers storage space for everything that doesn’t belong in the living area. In addition to a private parking space, the spacious, separately lockable storage room for bicycles and sports or beach equipment is also worth noting. Please store your suitcases here as well. Small dogs are welcome; please make arrangements in advance.
