Fantastisch!

Erg fijn huis! Bij aankomst was het huis brandschoon, en het huis is heel nieuw en dus in goede staat. Het is een tiny home dus een beetje krap maar het comfort maakte alles goed! De keuken was compleet, de bedden voor ons klein omdat we lang zijn. Het terras met uitzicht op de rivier was heerlijk. We hadden ook 2 ligstoelen die we veel gebruikt hebben. De omgeving is erg mooi, de gemoedelijke sfeer in het Beierische dorp Riedenburg is erg fijn.

Tiny-Haus Altmühltblick

Am Tag nach unserer Ankunft gab es Probleme mit dem Warmwasserboiler. Trotz eines Anrufes bei der Service-Hotline und einer email hat sich bis zu unserer Abreise niemand gemeldet um das Problem zu beheben. Die Sauberkeit im Haus sollte dringend verbessert werden (Staubflusen, dreckiges Geschirr). Die Mülltonnen sind übergequollen - Mülltrennung unmöglich!

Das entspricht nicht unserem Serviceanspruch, und wir versichern, dass die Abläufe vor Ort verbessert wurden. Wir bedauern ebenfalls die Beanstandungen zur Sauberkeit und zur Müllsituation. Die Müllentsorgung wird derzeit durch den Grundstücksbetreiber organisiert, und wir setzen uns für eine regelmäßige Abholung ein, um solche Probleme künftig zu vermeiden. Ihre Hinweise helfen uns, die Qualität zu steigern.
