Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Pg Vilanova - Avda Sofia" 200 m, railway station "Sitges" 550 m, sandy beach 450 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 39 km, Tarragona 59 km, Calafell 70 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Il prezzo pagato per una settimana, quasi 1700 euro è parso sproporzionato rispetto al livello dell'appartamento. La seconda stanza da letto , se così si può chiamare, era molto piccola, ci stava appena il letto incastrato. La doccia nella vasca da bagno risulta molto datata. Non c'era l'aria condizionata e lo si sapeva ma i ventilatori funzionavano solo con la luce accesa dei lampadari (ma di notte???). Non c'era wifi e nel 2026 sembra veramente strano. Eravamo in una località di mare ma non c'era lo stendino per gli asciugamani. Di positivo ci sono la posizione, vicina al mare e alla stazione e la bella piscina condominiale che ci ha salvati dal caldo di questi giorni. Le aspettative sono ovviamente sempre collegate al prezzo pagato, veramente alto. Grazie
