Das Gebäude , Tiefgarage und Außenanlagen sind in einem sauberen Zustand. Die Wohnung hatte kleinere Mängel , Dusche müsste umfassend gereinigt werden, Balkon auch. Kein kleiner Besen und Schaufel vorhanden. Der Deckel auf dem Mülleimer liegt mit auf. Ansonsten kann man nichts bemängeln, Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Saunabereich ist auch super.
