FW Auszeit - Holiday apartments on the Bode

The "Auszeit" apartment is a lovingly furnished one-bedroom holiday rental located on the ground floor of an apartment building. With 55 square metres of space, it can accommodate 1–4 people.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a round table and four chairs, a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a living room, and a bedroom.

The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a footboard, two "clothing chairs," and a chest of drawers. An additional baby bed is available upon request.

The living room, which includes a wardrobe, is spacious and offers additional sleeping space for 2 people thanks to a comfortable fold-out bed.

A choice of two pillows each ensures a particularly comfortable night’s sleep. Bedding and towels are included in the price of your stay.

The bathroom has been completely renovated and features a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge during your stay.

A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are included in the apartment’s standard equipment. A washing machine is available for a small fee and upon request.

The property features a balcony with seating and an unheated sunroom where you can enjoy the sun and peace and quiet. There is a small barbecue area in the garden.
