Craigmore is a lovely house with lots of space for all the family and space to escape too. The check-in was simple using the keysafe. The local property manager answered my questions about kitchen equipment promptly. It is very well supplied with dishes and cutlery etc. and the dishwasher coped well with our party of 12. The extra fridges in the garage meant we had a large Tesco delivery at the beginning of our stay that saw us through most of the week with the odd top up from the local Aldi. The hot tub was wonderful particularly after a day's walking and used by all almost daily. We loved the BBQ hut, great for Scottish summer weather.

Great second stay but minor probs.

This was our second visit to a great house for a large family group with a great communal room that easily accommodates everyone. Only down side this year was a non working dishwasher and fridge.

Fantastic holiday house, great location

We had a family holiday staying at Craigmore Lodge, three generations of family and the house was perfect for all. Very spacious allowing everyone to have room to spread out and for the children to play. Great facilities. Everything you could need is there. Kitchen is very well Equipped. BBQ hut is great fun. Hot tub was great for everyone and a good size. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough for a large group.

Ideal for Families

Great accommodation with the benefit of a BBQ hut, Sauna and Hot Tub. We (6 Adults and 4 Children ages 6 to 14) found plenty of space in the home. Was very well equipped. Plenty of space to park 3 cars.

Review

The property was spacious and comfortable for our family group however there were some things that could have been improved upon. Pots, pans and oven wear within the kitchen were not very clean and needed to be cleaned before use and there were no cleaning liquids for this. We were unable to use the barbecue as the grill and utensils were filthy and obviously had not been cleaned for some time making it extremely unhygienic. Again there was no cleaning materials on hand for this.
