I chose this neighborhood for its proximity to my office. But I’ve learned to enjoy the market and stores within walking distance. And a casino right down the road if it’s interesting to you.

It’s a split level home that I’ve renovated the basement into an apartment. I use the upstairs as a separate apartment for guests
