This cosy and comfortable one-room holiday apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven in the hallway. A refrigerator and microwave are located next to the dining area.
You’ll sleep in a 160-cm-wide box-spring bed with a topper or on the leather sofa bed, which can be extended to 150 cm.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, and sink.
From the balcony or loggia, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Predigtstuhlbahn. The red gondolas run up and down to Bad Reichenhall’s local mountain, the Predigtstuhl, every 20 minutes during peak season.

The building features a heated swimming pool. You can take the lift to the pool in your own dressing gown and also use the fitness room there, which is equipped with various exercise machines and a ping-pong table. Ping-pong paddles and balls are provided in the holiday rental.
The holiday rental is equipped with high-quality tableware and everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. This includes a collection of wooden board games.
The large flat-screen TV can be swiveled, so you can treat yourself to a cosy break in bed on rainy days.
