The host is WONDERFUL and addresses issues EFFECTIVELY. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues (such as the gas & electric company coming early in the morning and saying they needed to shut gas/electric off or the Kuerig machine not working) that made the stay a little less relaxing. However, these issues were probably out of the control of the host and the host immediately dealt with these incidents and found resolutions. It was OUTSTANDING service!
