Holiday Home 'Mercimersea' with Private Terrace, Garden & Wi-Fi

Welcome to MerciMerSea in Oberndorf an der Oste. This charming thatched-roof house sits right by the dike on a 2,500 m² property. About 2,000 m² of fully fenced garden lie behind the dike, perfect for families, friends, and dog owners. Another part of the property is directly on the Oste River, offering beautiful river views. Surrounded by river, natural pond, and open skies, this is a special retreat.



The house accommodates up to 7 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with tub and shower. Upstairs, there is an open gallery, another bedroom with a double bed, and a single bed on its own small gallery with river views.



The highlight is the riverside property. Watch boats go by, enjoy the wide marsh landscape, and experience stunning sunsets over the river. The natural pond, surrounded by greenery and local wildlife, makes the garden a peaceful oasis.



Relax on 2 large terraces with garden furniture, unwind in hammocks, or end your day with a barbecue. Children and dogs have plenty of space to play in the fenced yard.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, iron, books, children’s books, and toys. Baby cot and high chair are also provided.



Pets are welcome. The house is non-smoking and has step-free access. Four parking spaces are available at the house. One motorhome parking space with electricity can be used for an extra fee.

Pros: Super war, dass man die Waschmaschine und den Staubsauger nutzen konnte! Cons: Schade war, dass der große Garten leider nicht so gepflegt ist (Rasen war teilweise Knie hoch). Unangenehm war auch der beißende Geruch aus den Ausflüssen.

Ein wirklich tolles Haus , sehr Gefühl u.Geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Pros: Die komplette Einrichtung des Hauses . Hier hat sich jemand sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Für unsere Hunde war das riesige Grundstück mit Zaun eine Erlebniswelt 👍👍 Cons: Nicht gefallen hat mir , das die Urlaustage zu schnell vorbei waren .......

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Geschmack, Gemütlichkeit und Charme.

Pros: Das Haus war toll eingerichtet, es gab alles was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich im Winter durch den Kamin und die Fußbodenheizung. Der eingezäunte Hof war perfekt für die Hunde und insgesamt haben wir uns sehr sehr schnell wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke auch an die sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeberin!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und steht in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Mit 4 Personen ist die Unterkunft gut ausgelastet. Im Sommer ist der Außenbereich sicher ein echtes Plus. Die Vermieterin und die Frau, die das Ein-/Auschecken organisiert, sind sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Pros: Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten mit alten Apfelbaum Bestand. Cons: Fliegenfenster in den Schlafzimmern wäre gut, da es viele Mücken gab.

Schönes Haus nich ganz perfekt

Das Haus ist schon mit einer tollen Lage. Leider war es nicht so sauber wie erwartet. Auch die Möbel waren nicht so schön. Beim Bett hat man Angst gehabt das es auseinander bricht so laut hat es geknetert. Genau Der der Schrank im Schlafzimmer.

Das Haus wird ausnahmslos vor jedem neuen Gast gründlich gereinigt und das Bettzeug bei hohen Temperaturen frisch gewaschen, und sie kann bei Bedarf das Reinigungsteam zurückrufen. Außerdem möchten wir klarstellen, dass es sich bei dem von Ihnen gemieteten Objekt um ein renoviertes Bauernhaus aus dem Jahr 1988 handelt. Die Einrichtung, einschließlich des restaurierten Bettes und des alten Kleiderschranks im Schlafzimmer, ist bewusst so gewählt, dass der Charme und der Charakter des Hauses erhalten bleiben. Die Verwendung dieser restaurierten, antiken Stücke macht den besonderen Reiz des Hauses aus, und wir hoffen, Sie können das verstehen. Tolles Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Pros: In dem Haus fühlt man sich vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl – von der überdurchschnittlich ausgestatteten Küche über das tolle Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und einer Badewanne bis hin zu den großzügen Schlafzimmern. Der riesige Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein – egal ob in der Sonne oder im Schatten unter Bäumen. Die sehr nette Vermieterin ist von Anfang an sehr gesprächsbereit und um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! Cons: –
