Private: property 800 m2, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, parking at the house. Shop 50 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Hemmoor" 3 km, sandy beach "Otterndorf" 30 km, park "Elbstrand Krautsand" 18 km. Fishing possibilities 50 m.
3-room house 50 m2. Bright, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Sehr zufrieden!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich auf einem gut gepflegten Grundstück. Hier ist wohfühlen angesagt. Auch das Restaurant, dass vom Besitzer des Ferienhauses betrieben wird und dass sich nebenan befindet, ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage . Mit Fahrrad gut alles erkunden und abwechslungsreiche Gegend. Café gegenüber der Kirche ein Muss Restaurant am Haus mit Park Parkplatz einfach super lecker und freundlich . Ein gelungener Urlaub, kommen sicher wieder . Dankeschön

Das Ferienhaus liegt hinter dem Parkplatz eines Restaurants. Das Grundstück ist schön angelegt. Die Terrasse ist auch schön, jedoch wären ein Paar bequeme Gartenmöbel statt der Parkbank zu empfehlen. Bei unserer Ankunft wusste keiner im Restaurant, wo der Schlüssel abgeholt werden sollte Bescheid. Das Haus ist sehr mit Möbel und Deko zugestellt. Die Hocker am Küchentresen waren sehr hoch.

Das Haus an sich ist wirklich schön. Angeln vom Grundstück im Fleet möglich. Leider wirkte das Grundstück ungepflegt. Für uns war keine Sitzgelegenheit wirklich gemütlich. Die Nachbarschaft liebt es am Wochenende laut und gesellig bis tief in die Nacht.

Uns fehlte es in dem Objekt an Ablagemöglichkeiten, da hier überall zu viel Deko vorhanden war. Ein extrem kleines Bad (aus unserer Sicht ungeeignet für Kinder oder Senioren). Keine Möglichkeit im Schlafzimmer die Kleidung, die ausgezogen wird, abzulegen. Die Barhocker im Küchenbereich sind sehr hoch und schlecht zu besitzen. WLAN war eine Katastrophe.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhäuschen. Schöne Gartenanlage. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist ganz für sich . Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Anfängliche Probleme mit dem Rollo wurden sofort behoben. Direkt gegenüber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei einer sehr guten Metzgerei und Bäckerei und im dazugehörigen Gasthof des Vermieters kann man sehr gut zu moderaten Preisen essen.

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen, das auf kleinstem Raum alles hat, was man braucht, ohne überfüllt oder gequetscht zu wirken. Toll für einen kürzeren oder auch längeren Aufenthalt um dem Alltag einen Moment zu entfliehen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonderen Wert wird auf die kleinen Details gelegt, so dass man sich sofort sehr wohl fühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber. Ein sehr schöner großer Garten, liebevoll gestaltet gibt sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene Erholung im Grünen,und selbst bei schlechtem Wetter kann man es sich im Haus bei einem Feuer im Schwedenofen gemütlich machen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir empfehlen es und werden sicher nochmal kommen. Vielen Dank.

Das Haus ist für 3 Persohnen ausreichend und gemütlich.

Ein gemütlicher Ort. Von hier aus ist man überall schnell mal an der Nordsee oder was auch sehr schön ist Krautsand. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Leider hatten wir den Vermieter nicht mehr angetroffen. Mal sehen wie es nächstes Jahr aussieht.

Absolutely fabulous perfect in all ways

This is a property that has been put together with love and care by the owners. Extremely private but at least a 30 second walk to the restaurant. Best of both worlds as you have great food on your doorstep without any intrusion. Highly recommend it. Prices are too cheap compared to other bookings we have made. Keep up the good work Keith & Kay
