Wohnung ist zum Teil recht alt. Mikrowelle hat gefehlt, es hat muffig gerochen. Kehrblech fehlte. Rauchmelder im Flur lag auf einem Dekoboard ohne Batterie drin, das geht gar nicht! Haustür geht sehr schwer zu. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer in den Garten war schön.
