Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schön und ich würde sie erneut buchen. Meiner Meinung nach ist sie jedoch maximal für 2 Personen geeignet und auf keinen Fall für 4 Personen.
Dazu hat die Wohnung ein paar Baustellen, wie ein defekter Backoffen, eine Wohnungstüre, die so undicht ist, dass der Wind drunter durch pfeift und bei der Badewanne ist das Verschließen der Wanne kaputt. Ein Duschvorhang ist auch nicht das angenehmste. Ich denke, das sind alles Gebrauchsgegenstände, die einfach nach einer Zeit mal überprüft und ggf. ausgetauscht werden müssen.
Die Lage der Wohnung, der Aufzug in die 2. Etage und der nach Süd-West ausgerichtete Balkon sind super Eigenschaften dieser Wohnung.
