Fabulous villa

Lovely two week stay at this villa. Superb location and the most beautiful views. The swimming pool is amazing and the host Jean-Paul was always available and solved any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

La villa était très belle et la piscine (eau salée) superbe. Bien que proche de la mer et de la ville, la villa était tranquille et très privée. Le propriétaire, M. Gellon, était très agréable et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à la villa et j'espère y retourner.

Emplacement exceptionnel

Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour dans cette propriété. La cadre, les commodités, la literie, la clim dans toutes les pièces (Très silencieuses) la proximité de la mer et des commerces (même si la voiture est indispensable) et enfin, la piscine géante, chaude, avec une vue magnifique sur le Golf de St Tropez. Très bonnes relations avec le propriétaire. En bref, séjour de très bonne qualité. En famille de 7 personnes, nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir ultérieurement. Merci

Hochwertiges Traumferienhaus für Poolliebhaber

Sehr gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter , E-Mail Kontakt , Terminabsprache , z.T. auf deutsch . Freundliche und genaue Übergabe des Objektes mit exakter Einweisung in alle elementaren Geräte. Wunderschöner, abwechslungsreicher , gepflegter Garten in einem umzäunten Grundstück mit elektrischem Tor. Ein Highlight ist der riesige Pool, fast infinity, mit 180 Grad Blick bis in den Golf von Saint-Tropez. Hochwertige Liegen und Sitzgruppe verteilt auf mehrere Terrasse. Großer Essbereich , überdacht. Uneinsehbare Außen Dusche. Klasse gemauerter Grill. Das Haus innen mit sehr hochwertiger Ausstattung in neuwertigem Zustand !!! Alle Geräte ohne Gebrauchsspuren , riesiger Kühlschrank. Vollklimatisiert mit professioneller , fernbedienbarer Klimaanlage. Insbesondere gefällt das alle Details hochwertig und Fachverstand verbaut und eingesetzt wurden . Typischer , französischer Stil mit modernen Ergänzungen optimal kombiniert. Absolute Weiterempfehlung !

Absolut traumhafte Lage und fantastischer Pool

Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und mit einer top gepflegten Umgebung. Auch die ganze Umzäunung ist sehr sicher, insbesondere für Hunde. Die Villa zeigt sich lieblich im südfranzösischen Style.

immense piscine - maison impeccable

séjour en juin 2010. Imposante maison, très nette (propre et refaite à neuf), 2 grandes terrasses délicieuses au dessus de la belle piscine chauffée, jardin dégagé (en pente). Accès à la mer tout à fait possible à pied mais avec une remontée sportive, car la maison est à mi-coteau très pentu dans un beau quartier résidentiel, ce qui lui donne une vue au grand air à couper le souffle quasiment "au dessus" de la mer, accès aux commerces et à la grande plage en voiture. Le changement d'air est assuré.

Nous recommandons cette très belle villégiature.

Très belle et confortable maison, excellemment située. Vue mer magnifique, même de la cuisine. Douche spacieuse, moderne, très bonne literie (et nos douleurs de dos nous rendent difficiles). Très bien entretenue et propre. Propriétaires consciencieux, sympathiques , discrets mais pouvant se rendre présents en cas de besoin. Quand à la piscine, nous atteignons des sommets : très grande, avec une ravissante mosaïque, chauffée, très bien exposée, splendide vue mer. Au calme et pourtant à proximité des commerces et commodités. Hypermarché de Fréjus rapidement accessible par la route intérieure. Proches des plages ou rochers selon l'envie, des lieux de promenades simples ou plus réputés sur le littoral ou dans l'arrière pays. Nous recommandons chaudement cette villégiature de rêve dans laquelle nous avons passé nos vacances ces deux derniers étés. Nous attribuons une note de 4,8 sur 5 car il manque une grille motorisée et un aspirateur de piscine qui seraient la cerise sur le gâteau!
