Quiet Villa in Private Domain, Seaview, Heated Pool, BBQ, Walk to the Beach

Villa Mentine is located on a quiet private domain. No traffic and very calm. The beaches, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Enjoy summer outdoor life, with the Big Green Egg barbecue on the terrace.

The 130m² villa has three bedrooms, a living room/salon, a kitchen and a side room/office with a convertible bed/seat. A total of 6 to 8 sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer). There are two modern bathrooms, one includes a bath. In the scullery there is a washing machine and a dryer. The whole villa is air-conditioned and heated.

Television in the living room and master bedroom. WiFi Internet. Alarm and a safe.

The 2.000 m2 plot and the house are all in one level and therefore have good accessibility for kids and disabled persons. (NB: the house is not suitable for wheelchair users.) From the spacious private terrace there is a magnificent view of the sea. Large well maintained garden. Wander around the house and look for a shadowy place to read below the shelter of the trees .

The heated 5 x 12 m pool is covered with an automated deck (safe for small kids) and salt based, no chlorine included and the pool has a multicoloured disco light.

Superb vacation

The Villa Mentine is amazing. Very nice. amazing view. Near a lot of touristic places. The big swimming pool is fantastic. Nothing but good memories.

Great stay - boat trip to St Tropez a must do

Great stay here - amazing view, easy walk to beach, grocery store right there. Had a fantastic dinner at Restaurant La Verdoyante, 866 Chemin Vicinal, Chem. de Coste Brigade, 83580 Gassin, France. The boat taxi into St Tropez is a must see. Wonderful relaxing vacation.

Perfect!

We had an amazing vacation at the villa. The house was very cozy, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The outdoor area was truly fantastic, with a beautiful garden, trees to give some shade and an amazing pool. The villa was close to the beach, supermarkets, and the city of Sainte Maxime, as well as a ferry that took us to Saint Tropez. We loved every moment of our stay and couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday destination!

The perfect place for a vacation!

It was just amazing: the villa, the garden, the pool, the view ... fantastic! We can imagine coming back again, next time maybe in autumn. We stayed in the villa for two weeks in the summer during a heat wave: 30°C at 8 am already. However, as the villa is air-conditioned, everything was fine. Furthermore, we could always have a nice cool-down in the pool, which was very clean and well looked after. The contact with Ilonka was perfect too. She was available if needed (which wasn't often, as the villa is really well taken care of) and found very quick and practicable solutions. We can 100% recommend staying in this house!

Det var i grunnen bare én ting som ikke levde opp til forventningene, og det var bassenget. Renholdet var under en hver kritikk. Servicemann for bassenget forsøkte å rengjøre det i 2 dager i strekk uten å lykkes. Det medførte at vi ikke kunne benytte bassenget og badet kun i sjøen. Det er kjedelig å betale for svømmebasseng når det ikke kan benyttes.

Vi har haft den skønneste ferie i Villa Menton. Fantastisk beliggenhed, udsigt til bjerge og hav. Dejlig pool, terrasse alle faciliteter var i super god orden. Tak til Ilonka som er en fantastisk vært, hun bød os velkommen, kontaktede os efter et uvejr for at høre om alt ok. Vi har følt os 100% trygge og der har været nemt at komme i kontakt med vært. Top Unterkunft mit Charme und Aussicht

Wir haben unseren 11-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war exakt wie beschrieben – mit traumhaftem Ausblick, fußläufig zum Strand und einem typisch französischen Bäcker ganz in der Nähe. Das Haus und der Garten sind großzügig und sehr gepflegt. Pool und Garten wurden regelmäßig betreut, und die Verwalterin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Vielen Dank!

Super Haus.Alles bestens.

Schönes Haus in einer super Lage. Alles ist sauber und das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Schöner beheizter Pool mit Salzwasser..In der Nähe kann man auch gut Essen gehen und es gibt viel in der Nähe zu besichtigen.

Parfait pour se détendre au bord de la piscine

Villa bien conçue, très agréable et fonctionnelle, très propre, climatisée, beau jardin bien entretenu, piscine très sympa, belle vue sur la mer. Parfait pour le farniente. Une voiture est indispensable pour aller à la plage ou faire les courses (et surtout pour en revenir) car la villa est en haut d'une route d'environ 700 m en pente assez raide.

Schöne Villa, großzügiger Pool, gute Lage, praktischer Grill. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber mit gewissen Charme. Alles soweit sauber, nur der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden, lässt sich aktuell nicht abdecken. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit unseren Freunden und Kindern. Ruft nach Wiederholung.

Dejligt hus, fantastisk udsigt

Vi var en familie på seks, 2 store teenager og to i starten af tyverne. Husets placering var helt fantastisk, betagende udsigt og stille og rolige omgivelser. Ville de unge mennesker opleve noget, kunne de selv gå ned til stranden/havnen. Vi opholdte os mest på terrassen og benyttede os af den super lækre saltvands pool. Huset var nemt at komme til, værelserne og badeværelserne fungerede rigtig fint. Vi lavede en del mad selv og køkkenet var udstyret med alt vi havde behov for. Vi var på heldagsudflugt til George du Verdon og Saint-Tropz, hvor vi sejlede over fra den lille havn. Dog syntes vi SAINTE-Maxime var langt hyggeligere og ikke helt så turistete. Huset levede op til alt hvad vi forventede, faktisk vil jeg sige at det var bedre end billederne på hjemmesiden 😊 Er helt sikkert et hus vi godt kunne finde på at komme tilbage til.

Außen hui, innen …

Ein wirklich toll gelegenes Haus Auf dem Hügel einer privaten Domäne. Das Anwesen ist wirklich groß und großzügig. Der Pool eine glatte eins. Von der Terrasse aus direkter Blick auf das Meer! Leider ist das Interieur schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Schlafzimmer konnte gar nicht benutzt werden, da es komplett nach altem Zigaretten Rauch roch. Ein Badezimmer war so scharf gereinigt, das man es auch nicht nutzen konnte, da man es nicht lüften konnte Die Bettdecken waren eine Frechheit, die hat man direkt jemandem von der Straße entwendet. Es musste alles auch noch mal gewaschen werden, aber Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auf jeden Fall vorhanden und funktionieren gut. Das Bettlaken hat Löcher. Bei dem Preis kann man schon etwas ordentliches erwarten. Sofa und Sessel im Wohnzimmer sollten dringend entsorgt werden. Das ist schon etwas ekelig. Aber dort haben wir auch nie gesessen, auch so war es wirklich schön und die Küche hat auch sehr gut funktioniert. Wie gesagt, wenn man einmal alles durch wäscht, war es am Ende auch völlig in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage. Im übrigen funktioniert auch wunderbar.

We are a Dutch family and bought this property in 2011 as a holiday home for ourselves. To contribute to the maintenance of the property we are also renting it out.

Why they chose this property

We love the tranquility, the charming and effective style of the house, the view of the sea and the good facilities of the house, terrace and garden. Once we arrive here we feel like we can stay on the terrain all week. Nonetheless, there are a lot of things to do. Lately we discovered the Massif de l'Esterel (half hour drive) for fantastic panoramic hiking.
