For cosy moments, you’ll find satellite TV, a DVD player, and a CD radio here.<br><br>The highlight of this Borkum holiday rental is the approximately 21 m² terrace with 140 m² of adjoining lawn! It’s a wonderful place to relax to the fullest with the whole family, play on the lawn, or enjoy a cosy barbecue!<br><br>On the upper floor, there are two separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, while the other has two single beds (1.90 m). The adjacent bathroom (guest bathroom) has hot and cold running water.<br><br>On the ground floor is the separate kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances—including a ceramic cooktop with oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a Senseo coffee maker. <br><br>Opposite the kitchen is a spacious storage room with a washing machine and an ironing board. <br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. A hair dryer is provided.<br><br>The holiday rental features very family-friendly amenities: easy-to-clean tile and laminate floors, a stair gate, a high chair, and a sandpit make the apartment a place where your family can relax in complete comfort.
