Toller Familienurlaub in den Bergen
Wir sind mit 3 Kleinkindern und 2 Erwachsenen angereist. Tolles, großes, helles Appartment mit schöner Terrasse und teilweise Blick auf den Berg :) super Service, netter Kontakt. Der Brötchenservice war tiptop, wenn auch etwas teurer :)
Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat war, dass keine Spültabs vorhanden waren (wie eigentlich im Voraus kommuniziert) und dass es hier und da für unseren Geschmack etwas sauberer hätte sein können. Trotz allem 5 Sterne für einen super schönen Familienurlaub.

Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Anregungen. Wir entschuldigen uns bei Ihnen, dass Sie keine Geschirrspültabs im Apartment vorgefunden haben. Diese sollten eigentlich vorhanden sein. Wir geben diesen Fehler an unser Reinigungsteam weiter.
Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass Sie sich hierzu bei uns gemeldet hätten, somit hätten wir die Sache schnell beheben können.
Auch dass es nicht überall sauber war, werden wir weiter kommunizieren.
Dies ist uns nämlich sehr wichtig.
