It is located in one of the most popular areas near Kollwitzplatz and Kastanienallee, where you can find many cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment has been renovated with great attention to detail and offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Enjoy the beauty of a restored historic building on the side wing’s second level. The apartment is bright (facing south) and has a wonderful view of the open and spacious green backyards.
The apartment is fully equipped: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, wooden floor and furniture. Beside the large double bed (160x200 cm) there is also a cozy sofa bed (160x200 cm) for another guest.
The modern kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy: it has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an induction stove with two plates, a kettle, a coffee machine and more.
You have free access to fast internet (Wlan). It is very stable and reliable in case you need it for work.
