The spacious, approx. 110 m² attic apartment has been furnished to a high standard as a non-smoking apartment. It has a cozy and functional kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine) with a sofa bed (for two people) and three armchairs, LCD TV with home cinema system, a dining hall with a large table and six comfortable rocking chairs, a bedroom with a large double bed and another bedroom with a separate comfortable seating area (the sleeping area was separated by screens), LED TV and music system as well as access to the covered balcony (with seating area). The bathroom is equipped with a large corner bath, separate shower, sink, underfloor heating and washing machine. In the spacious entrance area there is a cloakroom and shoe cupboards.
