Welcome to the Antonìn Dvorák Holiday Home! This 163 m² holiday home, spread over 3 floors, can accommodate up to 8 adults and 1 child (up to 2 years old) and is stylishly and modernly furnished. It features a kitchen-living room with adjoining terraces, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a barrel sauna in the garden.



• Ground Floor:


The spacious living-dining area on the ground floor offers plenty of room for shared meals and cosy TV or game nights. Board games, DVDs, and a small selection of books are available for your use. The fully equipped kitchen-diner features all standard appliances, such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. From this area, you have direct access to the two terraces with a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery. An electric contact grill is available for cosy barbecues on the terrace. In the garden, you also have access to the barrel sauna (for a fee). There is also a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a TV, and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.



• Upper Floor:


The upper floor features three additional bedrooms with TVs, as well as two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a large double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), and the third bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) (all box-spring beds). The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub. The other bathroom has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and a washing machine.


• Attic:


There are plenty of play options for the children here.

A cot, changing table, high chair, and infant car seat are available in the house. Free internet access is provided via the Wi-Fi router. Use of the sauna is subject to an additional fee; please bring your own sauna towels or reserve them from the property manager for a fee.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a central ventilation system with heat recovery—ensuring a comfortable living environment at all times.

Pets are not allowed.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added to your reservation for a fee.



The Inseldomizil Stolpe on Usedom welcomes you with 8 holiday apartments and 10 holiday homes.

The thatched-roof cottages feature bright and cheerful colours in their interiors. The view of the lagoon coast and the surrounding nature will make your holiday truly unique.

All apartments and cottages have bike storage rooms and charging stations for e-bikes. In addition, there are two electric car charging stations on the property, and ample free parking is available. The large outdoor area features landscaped gardens and is partially surrounded by a boulder wall with plantings.

An initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as travel cots and a high chair, can be booked for an additional fee.

In the houses at 15 Ole Bull, 17 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 24 Gustav Mahler, 26 Clara Schumann, 28 Ludwig van Beethoven, and 32 Carl Reineke, there is an indoor sauna.

The buildings at 25 Lasse Thoresen and 33 Antonin Dvorak feature a barrel sauna in the garden. In addition, apartments 20 Georg Händl, 21 Johann Mattheson, and 23 Sebastian Bach share a barrel sauna in the garden.
