Here, you’ve truly arrived on the sunny side. The Roßkamp House is located at 50 Hindenburgstraße. When it was built in 1928 as a residence and guesthouse, it was located on the outskirts of town, which is why its original name was “Haus Wiesenblick.” Today, the house is surrounded by low-density development. A small supermarket is located nearby. It’s just a few hundred metres to the town centre, the train station, and the promenade with Nordstrand beach right in front of it. The bus stop for trips to Ostland or for arrival and departure is practically right outside the front door.

This holiday apartment, which was freshly renovated in early 2023 and measures approximately 60 square metres, is located on the ground floor of the house and has been furnished with great attention to detail.
It features a cosy kitchen-dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large dining table. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is a living room with a sleeper sofa. The west-facing rooftop terrace is beautiful and offers a view of the new lighthouse.

Access to the apartment is not wheelchair-accessible. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.
