The cozy, bright apartment in the Süderhaus is centrally located in the restricted traffic area (500 m to the south beach)
The center of the island, the pedestrian zone and the train station can be reached in 5 minutes on foot,
the spa guest house, the tidal land, the children's play house and the spa promenade in 10 minutes.

The apartment has its own entrance, goes over two floors (1st floor u. DG) and has a south-facing balcony to relax.
With its 3 bedrooms, it offers plenty of space for 5 people and is an ideal accommodation for your vacation.

Self-caterers will be happy about the good equipment of the kitchenette with fridge with freezer, 4-burner stove - induction, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo-Pad machine, coffee machine, egg cooker, electric grill, toaster etc. A washing machine is also available.

While you are reading a book on the balcony in good weather, the little ones can play on the in-house playground.
