Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip all used beds and place in the laundry room along with any used towels
Please make sure all four doors are locked and the key must go back into the lock box . Please place all remotes in their original location. $150 fee for lost keys and each lost remote.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To be respectful of neighbors, we ask that all outdoor music, conversations, games, end by 10:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and by 12AM Friday and Saturday

VERY clean. Enjoyed the arcade and pool table. Very nicely stocked with paper plates and coffee which was appreciated. Would stay here again!
