Here, you’ve truly arrived on the sunny side. The “Leuchtturm” comfort holiday rentals are located at Süderstraße 25a in a new building facing the garden. The location—right next to the “Franz-Habich-Straße” pedestrian zone and just a short walk (about 10 minutes) from the South Beach—offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the island of Borkum.
Each apartment comes with a parking space at the building and a separate storage room for bicycles.
This holiday apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people across two floors. The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a spacious balcony. The lower floor includes a spacious living room with a kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, under the roof, there is another bedroom and a half-bath.
