Quiet location between the towns of Seebruck and Chieming. Only the Chiemsee (Cycle) Trail separates the complex from Lake Chiemsee. The magnificent location is a wonderful place to rest and relax in every season, but it’s also an ideal starting point for excursions around Lake Chiemsee and into the stunning landscape of the Chiemgau region. On the grounds of the holiday residence is Café Rene with a lake view, where delicious cakes and light meals are served starting at noon.
In the basement of the holiday residence, there are additional common areas: a small swimming pool, infrared cabin, and sauna (for a fee), a game room with foosball and a ping-pong table, a fitness room, a washing machine and dryer (for a fee), an ironing board with an iron, and a shared kitchen with a large common area.
The cosy 2-room ChiemseeOase holiday apartment is particularly well-suited for 1–2 people who want to relax in the beautiful surroundings right on the shore of Lake Chiemsee. The apartment is located on the ground floor of Building An at the Chiemseestrand holiday residence. The 36 m² of space includes an entryway with a coat rack, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a closet, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a built-in kitchen in a kitchen nook, a dining area, a (sleeper) sofa, armchair, and TV. Access to a balcony from which you have a view of the garden as well as a side view of the lake.
In the basement of the holiday resort, there is a small pool, a sauna area with an infrared cabin (for a fee) and a sauna, a large playroom for children, a room with table tennis and foosball, as well as a fitness room, an utility room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee), and ironing facilities.
Activities in the immediate vicinity:
Walks along the lake to Seebruck (approx. 800 m) and to Chieming (approx. 4 km). There you’ll also find shops for daily necessities, restaurants, Bavarian taverns, ice cream parlours, boat rentals, bike rentals, mini-golf, Chiemsee boat tours, tourist information centers, banks, and doctors. In Chieming, there is also a pharmacy, a petrol station, a post office, and a village store with regional specialities.







Right in front of the holiday residence is a natural swimming beach where you can spend relaxing days swimming while enjoying a magnificent panoramic view of the Chiemgau Mountains. Cycling around Lake Chiemsee (56 km), a journey you can begin right from the ChiemseeOase.
