Küche: Gasherd, Backofen, Gefrierschrank, großer Kühlschrank. Viel Geschirr und Besteck. Viele Geräte und Töpfe. Sehr gute Pfannen. Offene Küche mit viel Platz. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Tisch für 6 Personen und ein Sofa. Oben ein großes Schlafzimmer und zwei Kleine. AC kühlt nur den Flur, wenn die Zimmertüren auf sind, kommt dort auch Kälte an. Zwei Badezimmer jeweils mit Dusche. Insektenschutz vor allen Fenstern, leider zum Teil defekt. Sehr gutes WLAN.Gemütlich, sehr guter Zustand und sehr sauber. Sehr nette Besitzerin.Außenbereich: Tisch, Stühle, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm. Den ganzen Tag über Schatten. Schattiger Unterstand für das Auto. Ruhige Umgebung. Ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Strand in Porec, großes Einkaufszentrum in 10 Minuten. Mückenschutz mitnehmen. Autan besser zu Hause kaufen. Die Position auf der Karte ist nicht ganz richtig. Korrekt ist: N45 14.665 E13 39.704
