ARRIVE AND FEEL AT HOME<br>This is us<br>We’ve been running our holiday rental, located on the upper floor, since 2006. The house was built in 1971. <br>After some renovations to the house, we—Elisabeth and Jürgen Schneemann—moved into the middle and lower floors. Our holiday rental is located on the top floor. Since we live in the house full-time, you’ll never be on your own, and we’re always available to offer help and advice.<br> If you encounter any problems upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to contact us.<br><br> The apartment is located on the top floor and is equipped with: a kitchen with a seating area, a ceramic cooktop, and an oven, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, radio, and a<br>Philips 48-inch (121 cm) Full HD LED TV; there is a second TV in the bedroom. We invest in and modernise the apartment from time to time for our guests.<br>We also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the house.<br>Bathroom with walk-in shower,<br>2 separate bedrooms (one with a double bed measuring 2 m x 1.8 m and the other with two single beds measuring 2 m x 0.9 m), in the second bedroom.<br>Living room with a corner couch for cosy lounging and relaxation. A small Panasonic Micro Hi-Fi system with 20 watts RMS, CD, FM radio, and Bluetooth is installed. <br>We regularly invest in and modernise our property for our guests.<br>Free parking space directly in front of the house. No smoking—no pets. <br><br>Starting immediately, we can offer you a bread and roll delivery service; delivery is usually around 6:30 a.m. at the house.<br>You’ll also receive your visitor’s card (guest card) right away at our place, and this card allows you to use public transport for free. www.hatix.info <br> The lovingly furnished interior and the cosy warmth of our holiday rental will help you forget about everyday life. All exterior windows have blinds for blackout or sun protection! <br>The price for the holiday rental is based on 2 people. <br><br>Each additional adult is charged €15.00. <br><br>The apartment has enough sleeping space for 4 adults, and there is plenty of room for a cot in the large bedroom.
