The residence has been completely renovated and consists of 6 vacation apartments and a restaurant.
On the first floor, you’ll find this spacious vacation apartment with two bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, two bathrooms, and a rooftop terrace. The wood-burning stove in the living room invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings, and on the large rooftop terrace you can soak up the sun away from the beach. From the bedroom with a double bed, you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
There is a lockable bike storage room in the building for your bicycles. A parking space on the property is also included. The Clara Sophia Residence is located in the front row, directly on the beach promenade in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The beach is just a few meters away! The Kurplatz and the pier are just a few minutes’ walk away via the beautiful beach promenade. The train station and shopping options are also in the immediate vicinity.
