Nice apartment, good location

Nice, modern apartment. Good parking in basement. Qiuet surroundinigs. Close to center and beach. Difficult to find the place where to get the key. Had problems to pay due to technical problems at FeWo but this was solved.

Die Unterkunft hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Margaretenstraße war optimal. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss nach hinten raus. Wir haben sehr zentral zur Einkaufspassage von Binz gewohnt aber absolut ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können die Wohnung ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne, sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne und äußerst saubere Wohnung. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Drei Minuten bis zur Promenade und somit zum Wasser. Trotzdem ruhige Lage, die Terrasse geht nach hinten raus und bietet Schatten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war richtig nett mit schnellem Antwortverhalten. Und die Objektbetreuung war stets erreichbar, freundlich und schnell.Wir können die Ferienwohnung wirklich empfehlen!Was sollte man wissen? Ein Bad mit Fenster und eins ohne, Tiefgarageneinfahrt könnte für große SUV eng werden, Nichtraucherhaus.Viel Spaß im schönen Binz

Zentral gelegene ruhige Wohnung

Wir waren zu viert dort, davon drei mit eingeschränkter Mobilität (Stock, Rollator). Strand, Restaurants, Edeka und die Fußgängerzone sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Ferienwohnung 1.2 in der Residenz Margarete ist wirklich top! Moderne und gepflegte Ausstattung und sehr angenehme, ruhige Wohnlage. Viele Restaurants, die Strandpromenade, Geschäfte und ein Supermarkt sind direkt in der nahen Umgebung. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 👍😊

Eine Woche in Binz.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Durch die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage waren Restaurants, Geschäfte und die Seebrücke in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Wetter spielte ebenfalls mit. Also gerne wieder.
