Top bis auf ein Manko

Sehr saubere Wohnung, optimal für Familien mit bis zu 2 Kindern. Lage ist bestens. Einziges Manko, der Pool ist zu kalt für Kinder hatte nur 24 grad

Atemberaubender Ausblick

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) blieben in dieser Maisonette Wohnung mit Balkon und atemberaubendem Ausblick nur 2 Nächte. Die Schlüsselübergabe über Memo Hausmeisterservice verlief unkompliziert. Wir haben bei der Buchung leider übersehen, dass i.d.R. keine Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Beschreibung sowie die Kommentare bezüglich der Entfernung zum Parkplatz und den sehr steilen Anstieg sollte man bei einer Buchung nicht übersehen. Die Wohnung ist eher sporadisch eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Awesome view, hard to find

This apartment was very comfortable, however the check in process was somewhat confusing because it was hard to find. The property manager was hard for me to speak with sue to language barriers(not his fault), also there was some things not explained real well. Very steep hill to climb each time we parked the car and several steps needed to access the room. Again, beautiful view but probably need a little more attention to helping visitors arrive and depart from the US, just a bit of advise.

Ein wunderbarer Bergurlaub mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit einem tollen Ausblick. Da kann man nur staunen. Was man wissen sollte ist nur, dass man hier natürlich „in den Bergen“ ist und entsprechend das Haus auch nur nach dem naheliegenden Parkplatz erst nach weiteren 16-18m Höhe zu erreichen ist. Bügeln konnte man leider nicht und zum Waschen muss man 4x 50 Cent-Münzen (passend) einwerfen. Ansonsten war alles echt sauber und das Bad in bestem Zustand. Es bedarf am Anfang auch etwas Eingewöhnung, wo man da eigentlich gerade ist. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Appartement-Haus in dem heute auch einige „feste Bewohner“ sind und nicht nur Urlauber. Wir haben also nur eine verfügbare Appartment-Wohnung bewohnt. Entsprechend gibt es also einen Hausmeister für die gesamte Anlage und einen Service für die Wohnung. Wenn man sich damit arrangiert hat, dann lief es wunderbar und man hat auch freundliche Nachbarn um sich herum. Ein schönes Idyll in Berchtesgaden.
