Welcome to our beautiful house with holiday apartments, which is perfect for families and nature lovers.

The accommodation offer magnificent mountain views, and some are equipped with a cosy tiled stove that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

In the garden, you’ll find a relaxing hot tub and a refreshing pool, both with views of the surrounding mountains.

The large garden is perfect for children to play in and offers plenty of space to walk dogs.

Right next door is an idyllic hiking trail with streams, ideal for long walks in nature. Our house is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.

Pet fees are charged separately as follows:
Fee for one pet: 69 EUR
Fee for two pets: 89 EUR
Fee for three pets: 109 EUR

In the garden, you’ll also find a heated hot tub with a mountain view, providing additional relaxation.

Living Area

The holiday rental is lovingly furnished and decorated, so you’ll feel right at home.
In the living room, a cosy wood-burning stove creates a pleasant atmosphere, especially on cooler days. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa if needed, providing two additional sleeping spots.
Here you can spend relaxing evenings and enjoy the cosy atmosphere.

Sleeping

The apartment has two bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and offer a quiet retreat. From the bedrooms, you have access to a large balcony where you can fully enjoy the mountain views.


Kitchen

The spacious kitchen has a modern design and offers plenty of room for cooking together in the evenings.
The adjoining dining area invites you to linger comfortably and is perfect for families or groups. Here, you can prepare and enjoy your meals in a relaxed atmosphere.


Bathroom and Bathroom
The bathroom has been modernised and features a large shower as well as an exposed wooden exterior wall, which gives the room a unique visual highlight. There is also a toilet in the bathroom. Another toilet is conveniently accessible via the hallway, which enhances comfort for all guests.


Balcony
The large balcony wraps around three sides of the apartment and offers a magnificent view of the mountains. It is accessible from both bedrooms, the bathroom, and the living room, so you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the beautiful view at any time.
