The "Lichtblick" holiday apartment features modern, eco-friendly technology. A private photovoltaic system on the roof supplies the house with green electricity, while an efficient heat pump ensures pleasant temperatures year-round. Guests with electric cars can conveniently use a wallbox for charging (available for an extra fee).



The holiday home is quietly located on the outskirts of Grömitz-Brenkenhagen, offering plenty of sunlight and beautiful views from every room. The 80 m², two-storey accommodation includes a living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, providing space for four people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a smart TV with streaming services, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Two high chairs and two baby cots are also available.



Check-in is self-service via a Nuki smart lock; a detailed step-by-step guide will be sent to you before arrival.



You have access to a private outdoor area with a fenced garden (pasture fence), a southeast-facing terrace, and a barbecue. The surroundings combine the tranquility of country life with wide, beautiful landscapes to enjoy year-round. Grömitz town center and the beach are just five minutes away by car. Public transport is within walking distance, and a cycle path offers quick access to Grömitz or the surrounding area. Walks through nearby woods and meadows are also recommended.
