The harbor and the old town of Waren with its many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The centrally heated non-smoking apartment has a parking space, a lockable bicycle storage room, a barbecue and free WiFi.
This approx. 80 square meter apartment for up to 6 people is located on the 2nd floor of the city villa and has a living room (upholstered suite, flat screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD player), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The state-approved spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in a charming setting directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants and the Müritzeum, a nature experience center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bike rental, surfing and sailing school and many shopping opportunities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Highway access approx. 25 km.
