Our house features 83 m² of living space and is comfortably furnished, with central heating, a flat-screen TV, all beds measuring 1.00 by 2.00 m, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you’d want at home. A double carport attached to the house provides secure shelter for your vehicles. The 383 m² property (detached) features a covered patio and a grill, perfect for relaxing.

Our house features bright, welcoming rooms; there are no stairs—everything is on one level with low door thresholds, making it suitable for wheelchair users (upon request). There are two bedrooms (one with a TV), each with three beds (1.00 × 2.00 m), and one living room/bedroom (with two sleeping spots on a sofa bed), featuring a flat-screen TV and a dining table. Towels and bed linens are not included in the travel price but can be booked as an add-on.


An information board in the hallway provides a good overview of the Harz region’s highlights. There is ample space for storing clothes and shoes in the entryway (hallway). In the storage room, you’ll find a washing machine and everyday household items. You can park your vehicles safely on the holiday home’s property. The 382 m² lot (detached property) features a covered patio and a grill, perfect for relaxing.
