This modern, bright, and allergy-friendly 3-room NONSMOKING vacation apartment measures approximately 80 m² and is located on the first floor. The apartment is accessible without steps and is therefore barrier-free.
The living room is equipped with a smart TV, a couch seating area, a coffee table, a dining table with 5 chairs, cable TV, a DVD player, and a radio with a cassette and CD player.
The separate kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a shower.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The entire apartment has tile flooring. The two furnished terraces, which are also part of the apartment, invite you to relax and unwind; two sun loungers are available for your use. All windows in the vacation rental are equipped with electric blinds.
The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.



The two modern 3-room vacation apartments (1 on the first floor and 1 on the upper floor) are located in a single-family home in a residential neighborhood in Heringsdorf, Neuhof district. One parking space is available free of charge on the property (cars must be parked one behind the other).

On the first floor, there is a common area where a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. A crib and a high chair can be borrowed free of charge upon request. Please bring your own bedding for the crib.

Guests staying in the upstairs vacation rental have access to a small lockable room (behind the rear entrance door) for up to 2 bicycles, as well as bike racks in the garden. Guests staying in the ground-floor vacation apartment can store their bicycles on the covered terrace.

The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
