Garden level: fitted kitchen opening onto living room. Shower room/wc. Upstairs: mezzanine/layer (1 bed 140), attic bedroom (1 bed 140). Covered terrace, barbecue, small garden. Common room with washing machine. Menthon beach and château 7 km, Annecy 12 km. Thônes 7 km away. Aravis resorts (Le Grand-Bornand - La Clusaz - Manigod) 18 km away. Geneva 50 km away.
